We appreciate and value our patients, and we strive for consistent and appropriate medical care. Though we make every effort to make wait times as short as possible, unforeseen events occur from time to time. If your wait time is longer than expected, we apologize and we will give you the same attention when it’s your turn.

In order to help us to stay on time for you, please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. If you will need to reschedule, give us a call so that others may have the appointment and we can promptly reschedule you.

New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to allow time for the new patient admitting process.

We do reserve the right to ask you to reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment in the consideration of others.

If you are needing to be seen for anything other than what your allotted appointment time was originally scheduled for, you may be asked to schedule another appointment to address that problem. This is also in effort to stay on time and to be considerate of all patients' appointment times.  Again, your business and your healthcare is important to us. Thank you for letting us care for you!
