Billing

We accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, and most commercial health insurance plans. We currently do not accept TennCare, Amerigroup, Americhoice, BlueCare, Wellcare, or other state Medicaid plans.We also do not currently accept Healthspring or Humana Gold plans (we do accept regular Humana). If you are unsure if we accept your plan, please give us a call and we can guide you. Co-pays and cash pays are expected at the time of your visit. We accept most major credit/debit cards, cash, and personal checks.

We gladly take patients with no medical insurance, and we have a reduced fee schedule for those of you who are uninsured. However, with the growing cost of healthcare, we encourage our patients to obtain health insurance to have more affordable access to services, treatments, and medications. Being uninsured could limit your treatment and medication options due to cost.
